I am an experienced counselor with 5 years in the field. Every session will be a safe place for you to explore your self, toxic patterns and your life's story. Using a high level of training and her personal experiences I do my best to create a safe space and therapeutic relationship for you to do the healing work you are looking for. I excel in working with those who are fed up with the cycles of pain and shame in their lives and looking to quit fighting alone. Specific areas of specialization include trauma, anxiety, addiction, relationship conflict, betrayal, sex, body image, and spirituality. My specialized training and supervision is in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
