Do you find yourself struggling with symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, or grief/loss related to past experiences or current stressors? Is your child/teen struggling with anger management, anxiety, social skills, or school-related concerns? I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, adults, and families. I believe people have innate strengths, and I help my clients to identify these strengths and utilize them to develop and reach their goals. I assist clients by assessing and providing psychoeducation on any current presenting clinical symptoms. I work with clients to develop positive coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and relaxation techniques. I help clients to strengthen/repair/develop relationships with their families and loved ones. I utilize various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Play Therapy for children and teens.
