Does it feel like life has gotten out of control or become unbalanced? Whether you’ve recently lost a loved one or have been touched by a loss/major change in any capacity, I am here to help. Death, divorce, and trauma are some of my specialties. I use a variety of techniques because I know that we all grieve and process things in our own unique way. No matter how great the loss or small the change is, I know that together we can make it through the darkness despite how impossible it may seem.
