I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes, chronic illness, cancer, and caregiver fatigue, hospice and end of life support. I believe therapy is a place where you can come as you are. I utilize a client-centered, strength based approach.
