I am licensed in New Mexico with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. There can be many goals for the counseling relationship. Some of these will be long term goals such as improving the quality of your life, learning to live with mindfulness and self-actualization. Other goals may be more immediate such as working on strategies to decrease anxiety and/or depression symptoms, and developing healthy relationships, Whatever the goals for counseling, they will be set by you and according to what you would like to work on in session. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
