I initially received my license in 2003, and have had a great deal of experience with solution focused therapy. This type of therapy is excellent for dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions as well as illness. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals in a life coaching capacity. I most enjoy helping people remove barriers in their life so they can achieve more happiness, peace and purpose for themselves. I like to employ a down-to-earth realistic approach to issues, my own life experience is part of what I bring to therapy. This includes working as an executive in healthcare for many years, helping people and their families cope with serious injury and illness, as well as being a parent, working through a divorce and and incorporating a blended family, plus more :)
