A wise person seeks out counseling support to get the life they want. I want to help you get there. Here is a little about me and how I plan to support you:

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Over the past 20 years, I have helped thousands of people to manage conditions such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Now, I mentor success-focused entrepreneurs, professionals and leaders to peak performance by overcoming anxiety, doubts and insecurities so they achieve the income, recognition and authority they yearn for.

I use research based therapy techniques and have an eclectic approach, which means I work with you as an individual and not trying to fit you into a certain modality or technique. However, I am trained in such modalities as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Family Systems Therapy and the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Model.

I believe in creating a space where we can have difficult conversations, work on resolving issues and collaborate on treatment plans that are tailored to your personal needs and experiences.
