I've worked with adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, complicated grief, and trauma. My mindfulness-based, client-centered approach with a focus on strengths, goals, and current needs will aid you in developing coping skills that will allow you to move from problematic emotions and unhealthy habits to healing. I have a non-judgmental, compassionate, supportive, and reflective style. My aim is to help you figure out the path that’s right for you to begin the process of change.
