About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Nevada and have been working with adults, children, couples, and families in both case management and clinical settings for 10 years. I earned my Master's of social work degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2012.

I specialize in working with parents and family systems who are coping with perinatal mood and anxiety challenges, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse. In addition, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, attachment wounds, or body image and self esteem issues. I have completed training and national rostering in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and have advanced training in the treatment of perinatal mental health.

My therapy style is compassionate, humorous, and client-centered. I utilize a combination of trauma-informed, psychodynamic, emotionally-focused, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming and vulnerable, and I strive to make clients feel supported and empowered to reach their goals. I look forward to partnering with you in this work.
