About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida with over 30 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and often my work as a life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and stage of life changes. I also worked for many years in the field of addictions. My counseling style is sensitive, warm and my clients get feedback. I come from a person-centered approach which involves treating my clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral mindfulness, with solution-focused processes.
