Hi, I'm Anjoli. Are you feeling disconnected? Either from yourself or others? Or are you so overwhelmed that you can't seem to regulate your emotions enough to achieve the goals you aspire to or be present in your relationships? Or does grief, trauma, depression, or anxiety seem to be the rulers of your life? If so, I can help. I always joke that when you see what a therapist specializes in, it's because they have lived it. Intense grief, overwhelming emotions, trauma that gets in the way of relationships, anxiety, depression and disconnection are all things that I have dealt with in the past. If you relate to any of these, I can be present with you and provide true understanding for what you are going through because I have also lived it.
