I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I use a highly personalized, holistic and collaborative approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to achieve immediate and sustained change in the physical and emotional wellbeing of my clients.
