Welcome! You are a step closer to taking control of your life and becoming the best version of yourself. I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist and former school social worker. I am licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C. As a mental health professional, I have over 10 years of experience working in the field. I have clinical experience supporting individuals suffering in many different mental health areas regarding depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, challenges in work-life, family dynamic conflict and history of child abuse, sexual abuse, and domestic violence; to name a few.

I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that requires participation and investment from the client and clinician alike. Making small changes in self-defeating behaviors can bring life-altering results.

Although, I am not a licensed minister, I am a Christian and I will speak biblically with clients at their request. I am happy to help clients whom are Christian with issues that may challenge their faith.
