I graduated cum laude from California State University in the MFCC program. I have a Master of Science in Counseling. I have been practicing counseling since 1993 until the present. I have practiced online, in agencies, in crisis, and in private practice with a wide spectrum of clients, including young children, couples, families, adults, and those over 65. The foundational theory used in my practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), enhanced by similar treatment modalities.
