Hi there! I am therapist dedicated to working compassionately and authentically with people at a crossroads in their lives. It is my priority that therapy be a safe non-judgmental space to help assist you getting your life back on track. My ideal client is one who wants to help him/herself overcome barriers holding them back from dealing with themselves and others effectively. I believe individuals grow in relationships and am interested in helping individuals and couples develop loving and constructive relationships by creating an environment where you can grow and flourish in satisfying ways.
