Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years. I have experience in working with family/relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief and loss. My commitment to better mental and emotional health stems from witnessing my loved ones who struggled with mental illnesses. It can be overwhelming and challenging to get help when there is so much stigma surrounding mental health. I know from my own personal experience how much more enjoyable life can be after taking steps to make your mental health a priority.

I would describe my style as safe, warm, and supportive. The types of psychological modalities I use are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Nonetheless, collaboration in identifying the therapeutic approach and goals tailored to your needs and experiences are essential.
