Hello! My name is Angela and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas with over 11 years of counseling experience. I have worked with a variety of concerns over the years such as anxiety, depression, relationships problems, career changes, life transitions, mental health problems and more.
My counseling style is based on understanding, empathy and acceptance. I take a client centered and strengths based approach to counseling and work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My role is to assist you in developing the needed skills and confidence to live your life to the fullest. Some of these skills may include improving communication, understanding healthy boundaries and developing healthy relationships. I strive to keep a supportive, safe and nonjudgmental space for those I serve.
