Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who resides in Florida with my family and two dogs. Destiny the diva chihuahua and Jax a super loving beagle. I have 7 years of professional work experience. I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist who will help you identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming areas that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support you and empower you in that journey. Some of the clients I serve are people struggling with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, Self-Esteem, Self-love, Postpartum Depression, Caregiver Issues and Stress, Midlife Crisis, Aging and Geriatric Issues, Self-Harm, Mood Disorders, Panic Attacks, Social issues, Women issues , Family Problems, Young Adult Issues and Workplace issues. By utilizing different coping skills and techniques, I will be able to impact my clients in promoting behavior change and optimal mental health.
