Welcome! My name is Angelika Rupp and I am a licensed therapist with 23 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, coping with grief and loss, self esteem, body image and confidence. I work both with individual clients, couples and groups.
In working together, I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy, with the understanding that each person is distinctive and individual. I have experience with many issues ranging from mild to severe and utilize techniques from many therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectic-Behavioral (DBT), Solution- Focused, Psychoeducation, Crisis Intervention, and of course Client Centered.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
