Hi! I'm Angelica. If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure about the future, let's talk. I help women and men learn how to be comfortable in their own skin so that anxiety does not dictate their success. Together, we can begin to identify the causes of your anxiety and work on overcoming them. If you are dealing with relationship issues, work issues, major life changes, or feelings that nothing will ever change or improve, I'd like to help you to start feeling better. While meeting with me, you will have a non-judgmental space to talk about what you are thinking and feeling.
