Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, based in California. Received my Master's Degree in Counseling, with specialization in Clinical Mental Health from University of San Diego. Have experience working with a diverse population that include children, teens, adults and couples. I aim to provide a client-centered, empathetic and non-judgmental environment. Tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, based on the problem, goals and the individuals expectations and motivations. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions- gather any further history or information that may not have been addressed in the intake assessment. Following that we'll dive into the goals/focus for therapy you have. This will assist with creating a tailored plan for us to work together through in follow-up session. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths. Having worked with young and middle adulthood populations for the past 10 years, I’ve acquired the skills and knowledge to better understand the need(s) of the individual, address the root cause of your difficulties and devise a plan that leads to measurable progress.
