About

I have four years of experience with counseling in the state of Idaho. I got my masters at Idaho State University. Through my schooling and experience of being a counselor I felt that an existential approach not only matched how I interacted with people but also how I view life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, sexual identity (LGBTQ+ affirmative), relationship struggles, anger management, spiritualism, depression, trauma, and life changes. We are all experiencing some form of human existence and with that comes wonderful moments but also great challenges.

As a counselor, my top priority is being a warm and safe guide for my clients. I want to act as not only an ear to talk with but also as a mirror for them to sit & reflect upon. Where they come to their own conclusions by having the time to solely focus inward. A place where we can ask the big and little questions, a place with no judgement; just a space of curiosity and discovery. We are here to unpack unhelpful patterns and cycles. So you can then be your most authentic self when you show up for yourself and the world.
