You are an intelligent person, and you are keenly aware of what is not working in your life. The stresses you are dealing with are overwhelming the the skills you have to cope with them. You need to learn new ways to manage these problems, and you probably need the confidence and encouragement to try something new. I know it’s in you, and it’s time to try something new. I am a Licensed Psychologist who believes in change through empowerment. I am highly intuitive and person-centered and can provide tailored support to individuals, couples, and families. I have significant experience treating complex developmental trauma and the symptoms of shame, depression, and anxiety that often go along with traumatic experiences. If you are in need of some new skills, I am here to listen, to guide, and to empower you to be your best self. Sessions are offered in-person or through teletherapy.
