Life is challenging and we all can benefit from seeking guidance when we need it the most. Whether it is divorce, past trauma, difficulty adjusting to change or issues with motivation, initiative and/or focus, I am here to support YOU. As a Therapist, I am here to help sort life's issues and support your journey in becoming the best version of you. I utilize a variety of approaches when working with individuals. My approach is always grounded in evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, Client Centered, Strength Based perspectives as well as Family Systems Therapy. Which in more understandable terms means, the focus is on your individual perspectives, lived experience and attitude towards life's issues.
