I am a Licensed mental health professional who has been in the field for nearly 14 years. I really do believe that what I do is a calling and gift from God. I am a Christian therapist, but I respect all beliefs. I take on a compassionate yet direct and reality based approach. I meet clients where they are and often share “You are the driver and I am in the passenger seat. I am like your GPS—you key in the destination and it is my goal to help guide and to get you there. If you go down the wrong path or change directions—we will just ‘re-route’ to get you to where you need to go.” I specialize in adolescents, individuals, and family therapy. I love what I do. I am trained in anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders. It is my pleasure to serve you.
