Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Angie Vargas. I am a Therapist of Color and a first-generation Latinx. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I earned my Masters in Social Work from UCLA, and my Bachelors in Sociology and Chicanx Studies from CSUN. I am really excited to be here and be of support to you in your journey. My skills range from working with youth, children and families, as well as young adults and adults managing stress, anxiety, depression, burn-out, and compassion fatigue. My passion lies in bridging my expertise in psychotherapy, wellness (movement, mindfulness, self awareness), nature and collective healing. I am also certified in Yoga since 2017 and bring a creative and holistic perspective to any client and family I work with. Looking forward to working together :)
