I specialize in trauma therapy and currently work full time for a Domestic Abuse shelter where we focus on helping client's who are fleeing violence, all forms of violence, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, and physical abuse. I have been a clinical therapist for 4 years, but have worked with woman and children in crisis for 15 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, anxiety, depression, self harm, and some mood disorders.
My approach is a client centered approach in order to create a safe place for my clients and their families. I have certifications in CBT, Anger Management, TF-CBT, and am currently working on CCTP-1 certification. Treatment is centered around the client's needs and wants and treatment plans and goals are customized to fit any individual situation.
