Hello, I enjoy working with a diverse clientele on issues such as life transitions, parenting, anxiety, grief, sexuality, trauma and depression. I am an eclectic clinician who would describe my orientation as humanistic. I use deep breathing at the beginning of each session as a way to bring my fullest sense of presence to each client, as well as allow my client to practice deep breathing techniques that we might discuss during a session.
