Hi there, I am Angela. I have 5 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist. I believe we all struggle at times and need help on our journey to a better quality of life. I help clients build self-efficacy and develop a healthier sense of self. I help motivate, encourage and empower clients to initiate change and establish a balanced life-style.
