I am a solution based therapist in South Carolina. I have worked as a counselor for 3 years with ages ranging between 7-60. I have worked with individuals, families, and groups experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression and life changes, I am a certified trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapist rostered in South Carolina.
My therapy is person centered, warm and validating. My approach combines cognitive behavioral and solution based therapy. I will focus on your needs and treatment goals at each session.
