I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges and substance abuse. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse.
My therapy style is creating a safe, non-judgmental approach to building a therapeutic relationship. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Client-Centered and Solution Focused Therapy. We will work together to build meaningful and attainable goals and identify your strengths. Together we will work together to find the best plan that best suits your needs. If you are ready for a change, you are not alone. Your past does not have to define your future. Change is possible and new beginnings can be a reality.
