In our work together, I will help you to discover the useful tools that lie within you in order to cope with life’s troubling twists and turns. I help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen healthy relationships so that they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. While I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities, the therapeutic approach I use with a given client is determined by that client's preferences and personal goals, as well as the nature of the issue being addressed. My work with you will incorporate a strengths-based, client-centered focus.
