I am a licensed clinic social worker with over ten years of experience. I have worked with clients with multiple mental health and life concerns to include: mood disorders, anxiety, sleep issues, trauma experiences, relationship conflict and general coping skill development. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, however am always open to client input on therapy direction. I have had years of experience in emergency room, outpatient and inpatient settings.
