I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, born and raised in the Coachella Valley. I provide therapy for individuals, families, couples, adolescents and children. I received my postgraduate at Brandman University in Master’s of Arts in Psychology. I have been licensed since July 2021. Most of my clinical hours are with adolescent. I strive to create a safe space for clients, and advocate for clients. What is your approach to therapy? My approach will be based on what best fits the client/s. The approaches I used are Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-centered. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I want/ like clients to walk away lighter than when they first walked in. I’d like clients to feel comfortable, to have a conversation without judgement, shame, or guilt.
