"I believe one of the best things we can do in life is to understand where we are and how we got here." I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work. I enjoy meeting with people and helping others achieve their goals. I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Theory, and other effective strategies to help you get where you'd like to be. My passion is to see others reach their highest potential in all areas of life. I have over ten years of experience working with children with behavioral problems, sexually abused adolescents, and children that have been adopted or in the foster care system adults with various mental health diagnoses.
