For many of us, day to day life has become overwhelming, a bombardment of information and responsibilities. It can be hard to remember our direction, to find the path to our goals. In therapy, I can help you emerge from the tangle of confusion, reactivity, and roadblocks to find the middleway. With 10 years experience as a community mental health therapist, and now in private practice, no issue is too large or too small to work through together. Therapy is a supportive place to build your strengths, to face your challenges, and hone your authentic self.
I like to add to the therapeutic community by offering a comfortable space for all alternative beliefs. I embrace all religious beliefs, agnosticism, atheism, and other beliefs that may leave people feeling outside the mainstream.
