Hello my name is Angela. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years experience working in social work. My areas of expertise include grief and loss, cognitive behavioral therapy working with individuals who suffer from PTSD, depression, addictions and anxiety.

I specialize in addictions, co-occurring disorders, grief/bereavement, anxiety, depression, spirituality, and general mental health. We all experience moments in our lives when it seems our ability to handle life on life's terms has surpassed our ability.
I believe these experiences can either shut us down further, block us or can serve as a springboard for personal growth. Similar to when an irrigation system is filled with debris and the flow of water is blocked, by removing our blockages we access the unlimited resources and healing mechanisms that lie within ourselves.
