I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I am also a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor providing supervision to Social Worker's working towards clinical licensure. My clinical experience is drawn from providing inpatient and outpatient treatment to clients suffering from stress, depression, anxiety, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Addictions, Dementia, grief, adjustment disorders, and an array of trauma related struggles. I have experience in individual and group therapy, case management, and administrative duties. My treatment approach is based on the foundation and the importance of the therapeutic relationship, ethical standards, and best practices. My treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, distress tolerance, attachment theory, stress reduction, and patient centered therapy.
