I am licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients effectively cope and manage stress, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, abuse, motivation, self esteem & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared, heard and validated without fear of judgment.
