About
I specialize in various issues, but overall, I want to help you feel better. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually - feeling better about yourself, others, life choices, circumstances, etc., or needing a push to make a change. I am here. It is important to remember that working on your mental health is a PROCESS and asking for help or guidance along the way is perfectly okay! Depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, grief counseling, and acceptance of change or situations -- are everyday things that happen in our lives, and I would love to get the opportunity to work through them with you. I have experience working in private institutions with individuals, couples, mothers & daughters, anger, DV, veterans, process and psychoeducational groups, maladaptive communication & crisis intervention. I also have experience working in jails & prisons providing mental health services. I am here for your needs and can take a hands-on approach or be an ear to listen. I want to commend you for making it this far, even if you close this page because this means you have been giving your mental health some thought. There is nothing more important than making sure you are the best you need to be - for yourself first and foremost and for anyone else. Contact me to see if we can be a good fit together!
