Hi and congratulations on being open enough to recognize you need support and brave enough to seek it. That's the hardest part of this journey.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have worked outpatient, school, and crisis stabilization settings with individuals, families, and couples. I've helped clients from 5 years of age and older. I support people who are dealing with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, military-related stress, difficulty adjusting to life changes, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges.

My counseling style is person-centered, caring, and accepting. As a military veteran, I've traveled the world and met people from all walks of life. This has given me a unique insight that though we come from different places (location or upbringing) we still have the same drives and deserve the same respect and compassion. This is why I don't believe in labels or judging. Just helping others to achieve their goals.

My clinical approach combines cognitive-behavioral interventions with narrative therapy. I believe the words we use and stories we tell ourselves drive how we perceive and interact with the world. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
