My name is Angie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living and practicing in the Midwest. I have been in the social work field for about fifteen years, and have been licensed to provide clinical services for four years. My experience is primarily with individuals who have challenges related to cognitive and mental health disorders, life stressors, general, social and educational anxiety, and traumatic experiences involving abuse and neglect. I have experience working with the legal and clinical challenges related to international and domestic adoption, as well as permanency issues for children in foster care and residential settings. I particularly enjoy assisting young adults carve their paths in adulthood as they work hard to break any unhealthy cycles or patterns they may have experienced in childhood.

I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of WI-Milwaukee and am licensed to provide clinical services in the State of Wisconsin. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered and I tend to use methods involving motivational interviewing, CBT, and solution-focused therapy in my practice. Personally, I am an active runner, avid reader and a parent to one teenager, one rescue dog, and many foster dogs. I am my best self when I have something chocolate, furry, or warm.
