I have been a social worker for 9 years and I got my LCSW 5 years ago. I love being able to help people see things from a different perspective, especially themselves. What is your approach to therapy? I want to empower you to not only see that change is possible but that you can thrive at it. I understand that therapy can be difficult and I can be direct at times but I feel that humor is a must! What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I want you to feel that you are understood and not alone in this journey. I believe setting goals is so important but flexibility and compassion for yourself has to come first!
