I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & compassion fatigue.

I very much appreciate the value in exploring the whole person. I use a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and holistic approach with my clients when working with them to build a safe therapeutic environment and relationship. I have studied a great deal how nutrition, exercise and movement, behaviors, and environment impact mental health and wellbeing, and have often explored these areas with clients who find them to be challenging.

Throughout life we are meant to offer and receive help from each other.
