Hello, my name is Angie Gundolff and I have been working as a Therapist for 15 years. I have worked with adults suffering from mental health and addiction issues in a county mental health outpatient program. I have also worked with adolescents and their families in a long term Mental Health and Addictions residential treatment program. I received my Masters in Psychology at Chapman University and have certifications in EMDR, addictions counseling, and sleep coaching. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness practices. I have experience working with Clients who struggle with a wide range of symptoms including anxiety, depression, psychosis, and the effects of past trauma. I have also worked with Clients who have struggled with multiple forms of addiction. My therapy approaches have helped my Clients to manage their symptoms, increase self confidence, improve relationships with others, and to reach their own personal goals to live a more fulfilling and purposeful life. I want Clients to feel safe to share their struggles as well any past traumas and to learn effective coping skills to live an authentic and serene life.
