I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the State of Washington, I have a very strong background in substance abuse, but that is not all I know. I like to help people with anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, eating disorders, and other addictions as well. If you are struggling just moving forward in life we can talk about that as well! I am Solutions focused and rely heavily on CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems in my approach. I love to walk through Mindfulness Meditation to help ease the crisis and getting reconnected to our bodies and brains.
