I have been a therapist since 2002. I believe in a laid back, and open "fire side" chat format to counseling. I started my career in a Christian Counseling setting with adolescents and families which progressed over to couples and eventually crossing to the LGBTQ and kink communities. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, couples, poly lifestyles and social skills development. I graduated from Lee University with a degree in psychology as well as completing my Masters in Counseling Education from the University of Central Florida. I consider myself a "solution focused" therapist. I have learned over the years not to take myself too seriously and one should always be open and ready to adjust to change and growth.

Please note-if you no-show for your first session, you will need to reach out to me to reschedule. After two-show appointments I will request you see another therapist.

I try to respond to messages in less than 12 hours, however if you message me after hours or on the weekends or holidays it will be as late as the next business day before I can respond. For emergencies, please contact 911.
