About

I am a therapist dually licensed in Washington State to provide diagnostic and counseling services for mental health and substance use disorders (LMHC, SUDP, MHP), and licensed in Idaho to provide diagnostic and counseling services (LCPC). I have over four years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients that experience numerous mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, personality disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, all substance use disorders (e.g. alcohol, stimulants, opioids, etc.), issues with grief and loss, relationship issues, career, life, and family challenges.

My therapy style is always warm and welcoming and based on the needs of my clients. I treat everyone with respect and compassion, and I will do my absolute best to help. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and specific to each client. Everyone is different. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing with a strength-based approach, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential Therapy, Narrative, and Jungian Therapy, or a combination of these, depending on the client. Our sessions and treatment plans will be customized to what is best for YOU.
