Hello! My name is Angela Howard. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Arkansas. I have 20+ years of experience of counseling that I have truly found rewarding. I have successfully provided counseling to clients with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, grief, significant relationship difficulties, end of life issues, and substance abuse/ addiction.

I consider my counseling style to be warm , non judgmental, and person -centered. I firmly believe that everyone has an intrinsic worth and should be treated with dignity and respect. You will find that my intent is to help you to discover how to more fully align your goals and behaviors with your own values, not mine or anyone else's. My approach is an eclectic one that combines: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Techniques and samples of other approaches that I have found to be successful over the years. Please know that I am flexible and willing to tailor our communication and your Treatment plan to what works best for you.
