My approach is person-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I aim to provide a safe space for you to process and problem solve together. All of us are learning and healing as we travel our journey through life. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders among many other conditions. I utilize an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. Everyone has been impacted by the last few years in some way. We might find ourselves isolating, feeling sad or anxious more than usual, not taking good care of ourselves, and just struggling to make it through the day of school or work.
